The BEE Verification Process

• Complete and return the evaluation form,
• A quotation will be generated based on the information supplied on the evaluation form and will be communicated to you.
• Upon the acceptance of the quote, 50% or full payment has to be made.
• Fax proof of payment and signed quotation to us (Fax: +27 21 421 8284).
• We will send you a verification manual that has to be completed and that will assist you in preparing the necessary documentation.
• A preparation service will commence where 2 of our staff will be appointed to assist you in gathering the necessary documents.
• 7 days after the preparatory service has been completed the on-site audit will commence.
• The audit results will be submitted for approval.
• After the results have been approved, they will be released to you (provided that full payment has been made).
