Should you believe that the B-BBEE scorecard issued by Kbonga BEE Verification Agency (Pty) Ltd does not accurately reflect your B-BBEE status, you are entitled to register an appeal within 14 days from the issue date on your Verification Certificate. Download form

Interpretation & Definitions

The Codes shall be interpreted according to the following provisions unless the context requires a different meaning:
1. In interpreting the provisions of the Codes any reasonable interpretation consistent with the objective of the Act and the BEE strategy must take precedence.
2. Words importing persons shall, where the context so requires or admits, include individual, firms, partnerships, trusts, corporations, governmental bodies, authorities, agencies, unincorporated bodies of persons or associations and any organisation having legal capacity.
3. The schedules and annexures to the codes are an integral part of the Codes and a reference to the Codes includes a reference to the schedules. Download document

Statement on Impartiality

The Directors of KBONGA BEE VERIFICATION AGENCY (PTY) LTD make the following public statement on KBEE’s
understanding of the concept of Impartiality and the importance thereof when managing conflicts of interest and to ensure objectivity when carrying out our Verification Activities. Impartiality is the actual and perceived presence of objectivity. Objectivity means that conflicts of interest do not exist or are resolved so as not to adversely influence the activities of KBEE. Complaints Procedure & Form

KBEE undertakes to investigate all complaints about Kbonga BEE Verification Agency (Pty) Ltd - conducted verifications and make every effort to resolve the matter. The investigation is conducted in accordance with the confidentiality commitment made to the Agency’s Client and the identity of the complainant is also kept confidential. KBEE will endeavor to conclude the investigation and provide you with the outcome, in writing, within 30 working days from receipt of your complaint plus supporting documentation. Download form
